Job Title: Extrusion Machine Operator
Shift: 2nd and 3rd available
Pay: $19-23/hr
Location: Wyoming, MI

Job Description
Machine Setup: Prepare extruders for operation by loading materials and adjusting settings based on product requirements.
Operation Monitoring: Continuously monitor the extrusion process, making adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and consistency.
Quality Control: Inspect extruded products for defects and make necessary adjustments to machine settings.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor operational issues or malfunctions.
Routine Maintenance: Perform tasks like cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts on extrusion machinery.
Record Keeping: Maintain records of production data, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
Safety: Follow safety protocols and procedures.
Communication: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production and address any issues.
Required Skills: Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail and precision.
Problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
Basic math skills. Other Important Considerations:
The job typically involves standing and moving around. Safety equipment like eye protection and gloves may be required.
