Overview:

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability during your shift. You will supervise restaurant colleagues, serve customers with correct and complete orders, prepare high-quality products, maintain restaurant image and cleanliness, provide direction and feedback to colleagues, and ensure compliance with Little Caesars policies and procedures. This is an opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Duties:

• Serve customers correct and complete orders within service time goals
• Prepare and serve high-quality products
• Fill in shifts when needed within a short notice
• Count inventory and complete food orders
• Clean and organize work stations
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
• Provide direction and feedback to colleagues
• Monitor shift activities to ensure compliance with standards
• Complete daily paperwork accurately
• Follow opening and closing procedures

The Assistant Manager must:

• Have previous experience in restaurants, retail, or customer contact
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Be dependable, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
• Be able to work a standard schedule of 35-40 hours per week
• Possess a valid driver's license and meet background verification guidelines
• Be eligible to work in the United States
