Business Development and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Plan and oversee the implementation of online and offline marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
- Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product launches and updates.
- Work with the finance department to manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources appropriately to maximize ROI.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Find ways to grow and maintain walk in customers to achieve exceptional revenue growth and an increase in gross sales monthly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience (5 years) in marketing roles with a focus on strategy development and campaign execution.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
- Strong organization and reporting skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.). Bonus if familiar with restaurant software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
