Responsibilities: What Youll Do

As an experienced VW Technician, you will:

• Diagnose and repair Volkswagen vehicle issues with accuracy and confidence
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs efficiently
• Complete advanced diagnostics and repairs independently
• Accurately document all work in the service management system
• Meet or exceed flat-rate performance targets
• Stay current with VW-specific training and certifications
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians
• Maintain shop tools and equipment
• Follow all safety, warranty, and dealership procedures

Qualifications: What You Bring

• 4+ years of automotive repair experience (Import/German brands preferred)
• 6 or more ASE or Michigan certifications
• Valid and insurable driver's license
• A growth mindset and desire to advance to a Master Technician role

• Monday: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Tuesday Friday: 8:00 AM 5:30 PM
