Wound Care Sales Representative

A growing medical company is expanding its 1099 sales force and seeking experienced wound care sales professionals with strong provider relationships and familiarity with the skin substitute space.

Sales Representative Compensation and Benefits:

• 20%-30% commission based on experience and existing business that is brought on.
• Individualized sales training and support to help convert sales and manage customer needs.
• Customer training and guides to ensure compliance with regulations, decreasing the probability of denials and unfavorable audit outcomes.
• Customer and rep. portals to make insurance verification, tissue tracking, product ordering, and invoice payment easy, diminishing administrative workload, allowing sales representatives to focus on growing sales, and increasing customer retention rates.
• Complimentary insurance claim denial and appeal services assistance, including note reviews and legal assistance if necessary and appropriate.
• Customer service policy protecting customers from incurring costs for products that are not reimbursed by insurance.
• Transparent sales data accessible to reps to ensure commission accuracy.
• Successful sales representatives earn supplemental income of $150K+ annually without leaving their current position, depending on time commitment. Will also take on full-time Sales Representatives.
• Comprehensive customer guides for patient selection, documentation requirements, insurance billing, claim appeals process, CMS audits, and more.

Sales Representative Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Currently selling skin substitutes to providers in the office setting
• Experienced and currently working in the wound care space, if not selling skin substitutes, at least selling complementary products to providers currently using skin substitutes or treating patients with chronic wounds that could benefit from skin substitutes.
• Representatives with existing jobs who can moonlight and have the bandwidth to spend a minimum of 10 hours a week working.
• No restricted territories
