Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and specifications.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformances.
• Monitor manufacturing processes using statistical process control (SPC) to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality standards.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO, IATF).
• Manage supplier quality, including qualification, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, MSA, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis like 8D/5 Whys).
• Solid understanding and practical application of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Experience managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and non-conformance processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience conducting internal or external quality system audits (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Familiarity with CAD software or metrology equipment.
