Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belts and Yellow Belts in Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify, analyze, and solve complex manufacturing process problems using DMAIC or DMADV frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, waste, and cycle time.
• Develop and implement strategic projects that align with business objectives and deliver significant ROI.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and ensure sustainable process improvements.
• Analyze data to identify root causes of issues and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Train and coach employees on Six Sigma principles and tools.
• Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading and successfully completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of Lean principles and their application in manufacturing process improvement.
• Expertise in statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for data-driven decision-making.
• Strong project management skills, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and their integration with Six Sigma.
• - Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in complex problem-solving scenarios.
