Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $20–$23 per hour
Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers and supports daily customer service and order processing activities. This role collaborates with internal teams such as supply chain, operations, and credit to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment while delivering a high level of customer support throughout the full ordertocash process.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support primarily via phone
- Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and account information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing
- Proactively manage the ordertocash process from order entry through invoicing
- Collect, document, and communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders
- Resolve issues using strong problemsolving and communication skills
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and customer management systems
Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience , preferably in a professional or operational environment
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Basic SAP knowledge preferred but not required
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively across teams
Interview Process
- Initial virtual interview , followed by an in person interview
- Inperson interviews scheduled between April 20 – April 24
