Salary Range: $48,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and identify new sales opportunities for manufacturing products.
• Prepare and present detailed product quotes, proposals, and pricing to prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and sales activities using a CRM system.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of manufacturing products, specifications, and applications.
• Proactively engage with existing customers to foster repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for revenue and new customer acquisition.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, ideally within a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, products, or industrial components.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills for phone-based interactions.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard office applications.
• Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product specifications and benefits.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with technical product specifications or engineering drawings.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for order management.
• Prior experience selling products within a specific manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to target markets.
