Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations and company standards.
• Conduct EHS risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Manage and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees.
• Oversee hazardous materials and waste management programs.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response planning and drills.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance and reduce environmental impact.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal and state EHS regulations.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs and management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills with the ability to foster a proactive safety culture.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation or advanced industrial hygiene experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 management systems.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
• Strong data analytics skills for EHS performance trending and predictive safety.
