Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability and reliability of IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems supporting production.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including network, servers, endpoints, and plant floor connectivity.
• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect manufacturing data and critical systems.
• Oversee IT helpdesk and technical support for all manufacturing facility users.
• Lead IT projects, including ERP, MES, and automation system integrations and upgrades.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements.
• Drive IT strategy aligned with manufacturing objectives, focusing on efficiency and digital transformation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT leadership experience, with a significant portion in a manufacturing setting.
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience with manufacturing IT systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES, and SCADA.
• Proven ability to manage IT projects, budgets, and lead technical teams effectively.
• Experience with cybersecurity best practices and risk management for both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Demonstrated ability to align IT strategy with manufacturing business objectives and production efficiency goals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with operational leadership.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS).
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or manufacturing-specific ERP platforms (e.g., SAP PP, Infor M3).
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, and data analytics in a production environment.
