Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean/Six Sigma projects across manufacturing operations.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop, implement, and monitor continuous improvement strategies, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED).
• Train, mentor, and coach employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles and tools.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and sustainability of improvement initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization, fostering employee engagement and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of improvement projects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (Green Belt minimum with demonstrated progression).
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams on Lean principles and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and root cause analysis.

Bonus Qualifications

• Master Black Belt (MBB) certification.
• Experience with financial modeling and cost accounting related to improvement projects.
• Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for complex data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI) for process optimization.
