Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Position Overview
We are seeking passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide home and clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) , developmental disabilities, and language delays.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans and behavioral support strategies
- Develop new ABA programs and adjust existing programs based on client progress
- Collaborate with directors, parents, and support networks to review and improve case outcomes
- Provide training, supervision, and support to therapists and clinicians
- Maintain a caseload of billable hours while fulfilling supervisory responsibilities
- Communicate with funding sources regarding authorizations, reports, and client progress
- Ensure compliance with ABA best practices, organizational policies, and ethical standards
- Coordinate schedules and respond to changing client needs
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification or Master’s degree with ABA coursework
- Strong knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable transportation
- Excellent leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Bilingual / Multilingual skills are a plus and may qualify for higher base pay
- Ability to step into higher-level management functions when needed
