Position Overview

We are seeking passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide home and clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) , developmental disabilities, and language delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans and behavioral support strategies
• Develop new ABA programs and adjust existing programs based on client progress
• Collaborate with directors, parents, and support networks to review and improve case outcomes
• Provide training, supervision, and support to therapists and clinicians
• Maintain a caseload of billable hours while fulfilling supervisory responsibilities
• Communicate with funding sources regarding authorizations, reports, and client progress
• Ensure compliance with ABA best practices, organizational policies, and ethical standards
• Coordinate schedules and respond to changing client needs

Required Qualifications

• BCBA certification or Master’s degree with ABA coursework
• Strong knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
• Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable transportation
• Excellent leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Bilingual / Multilingual skills are a plus and may qualify for higher base pay
• Ability to step into higher-level management functions when needed
