Key Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and maintain industrial robots and robotic systems on the production floor.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on robotic equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotic cells.
• Modify and optimize robot programs (e.g., path adjustments, I/O configurations) to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Conduct routine inspections and safety checks on all robotic systems to ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to integrate new robotic solutions and improve existing processes.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and system changes accurately for record-keeping and analysis.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including PLCs, motors, sensors, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Adherence to safety protocols and procedures for industrial machinery and robotic systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Proficiency in industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Familiarity with CAD or robot simulation software (e.g., SolidWorks, RobotStudio).
• Basic programming skills in Python or C++.
