As a Relationship Support Associate at CG Financial Services, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experience while collaborating closely with our team of Financial Advisors and Relationship Managers. You will contribute to our rapidly growing, multi-state organization and help drive operational excellence in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

This is an in-office position located in Williamston, MI

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process client requests and maintain organized client records.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and relationship managers to support client needs.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to and direct incoming client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Complete and manage various documents and forms in a timely manner.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
• Navigate custodial platforms and internal technologies effectively.
• Exercise critical thinking and initiative to proactively solve problems and complete tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation with eagerness to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Commitment to high-quality output and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Financial services industry designations.
• Experience with Salesforce, Orion, and custodial platforms such as LPL or Axos.
• Knowledge of a variety of financial products.
• Series 6, 7, 65, or 66 licenses.
