Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean/Six Sigma projects to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Train and mentor employees on Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities across production lines.
• Monitor, track, and report on the financial and operational impact of CI initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Establish and standardize best practices for process control and waste reduction.

Recommended Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent Lean certification with proven expertise).
• 5+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, SMED, Kaizen).
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex CI projects, delivering measurable cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and root cause problem-solving tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills to influence stakeholders and drive cultural transformation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Master Black Belt Certification
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience integrating Continuous Improvement with Industry 4.0 initiatives or automation
• Certification in Organizational Change Management (e.g., PROSCI)
