Delivery Driver/Warehouse
Warehouse/Delivery Driver open for a company on the North side of Grand Rapids for an experienced employee. Ideal candidates will have a chauffeur license, be skilled in order fulfillment and have a good driving record.
8am – 5pm M – F
Temp to Perm
$18 per hour
Responsibilities of the Warehouse/Delivery Driver:
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload both your delivery vehicle and co-workers as needed
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, sort, and store inventory in designated locations, while maintaining accurate inventory logs and performing cycle counts.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery
- Delivery Operations: Drive to various locations to deliver products to customers and collect merchandise.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including delivery documents.
- Safety and Maintenance: Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Communication: Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and report any inventory discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.
- Maintain a valid chauffeur license and clean driving record
Requirements of Warehouse/Delivery Driver:
- Previous delivery experience
- Previous order pulling/warehouse experience
- Valid chauffeur license and clean driving record
- Clear background check
