Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.



Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design opto-mechanical components and systems using Autodesk Inventor.
• Collaborate with product management and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet customer requirements.
• Conduct simulations and testing of designs to validate performance and reliability.
• Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications for manufacturing.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback on peers' designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mechanical design.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving design-related manufacturing issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor is a must.
• Experience in mechanical design, particularly in creating 3D models and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and machining processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary - $75,000 - $115,000
