Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of production operators.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications for all products.

• Optimize production processes for efficiency and waste reduction.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve production issues promptly.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and scheduling.
