Salary Range: $61,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and calibrate industrial robots and robotic systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on robotic equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotic cells.
• Program and fine-tune robot movements, paths, and logic using teach pendants or software.
• Conduct performance testing and validation to ensure robots meet production standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize robot performance and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and system modifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certificate in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with industrial robot programming, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and PLC ladder logic.
• Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens), and HMI.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair complex electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced PLC programming experience (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000)
• Experience integrating and troubleshooting industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
• Proficiency in advanced robot programming languages (e.g., FANUC KAREL, ABB RAPID)
• Familiarity with CAD software for cell layout or fixture design
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
