Salary Range: $54,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations and office functions.
- Coordinate office support for manufacturing teams and production schedules.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and facility services.
- Maintain office budgets, track expenses, and process invoices.
- Ensure a safe and organized office environment, adhering to company policies.
- Supervise administrative staff and manage their workflow.
- Facilitate communication between office departments and the manufacturing floor.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an office management role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
- Demonstrated strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping, budgeting, and supporting HR administrative tasks.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite)
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, HSE)
- Exposure to ISO quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Basic understanding of supply chain or logistics processes
