As a Sales Executive at City Wide Facility Solutions, you will be responsible for driving new business development and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will work with a dedicated team of professionals to identify and pursue potential clients, present our services, and close sales.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value of our services

• Negotiate and close sales contracts, meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on new business development

• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
