- Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Lead and train a team of maintenance staff to uphold high standards of service.
- Perform regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate outside service contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns regarding maintenance issues.
- Assist in the development of maintenance budgets and cost estimates.
- Proven experience in property maintenance or facilities management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Certification in maintenance or related fields is a plus.
