Job Description

Day to Day:

An employer is looking for a Scrum Master resource to join their team. The Scrum Master will work with teams on a variety of products including leading an two agile squad over the auto finance group. This Scrum Master will need to be a strong servant leader, who works collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to manage user sprints and a continuous flow of work. They will also need to be proactive in identifying risks and escalating as needed

Compensation

$50-55 HR

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills And Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Banking/finance industry experience
• Expertise in AWS technologies and applications will be crucial in managing projects hosted on AWS platforms
• Strong partnership focus & prior success with leadership of all levels (up, down and peer partners)
• Experience with Confluence & Jira
• Bachelor's Degree
