Salary Range: $47,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in St. Johns that are seeking Quality Technicians. Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and products.
• Conduct various tests and measurements using precision inspection equipment.
• Document inspection results, non-conformances, and quality data accurately.
• Identify, segregate, and document non-conforming materials or products.
• Assist in the calibration and maintenance of quality inspection tools and gauges.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of quality control processes and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality control or assurance role.
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) and interpreting technical drawings (GD&T).
• Familiarity with quality methodologies and tools (e.g., SPC, root cause analysis, 8D).
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience operating or programming CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines)
• Internal Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Advanced GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) interpretation skills
