Salary Range: $66,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned product categories using statistical models and market intelligence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather demand insights and align on a consensus forecast.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, promotional plans, and external factors to identify demand drivers and potential risks.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, identify root causes of deviations, and implement corrective actions to improve forecasting performance.
• Participate in the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process to present demand plans and reconcile differences with supply capabilities.
• Manage demand planning for new product introductions and product discontinuations, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Utilize demand planning software and ERP systems to generate, refine, and publish demand plans.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools, coupled with strong Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and apply statistical forecasting methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, S&OP cycles, and end-to-end supply chain principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, O9, Anaplan).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for enhanced reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in S&OP process involvement or improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of advanced statistical forecasting methods beyond standard ERP capabilities.
