Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for production projects.
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with manufacturing processes, supply chain, and production schedules.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to achieve project goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective communication and reporting to stakeholders, including senior management and external vendors.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects from initiation to closure within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control principles.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Lean) and project management software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
• Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Experience implementing Agile methodologies in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of specific industry quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100)
