ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction: Engage positively with clients, addressing their queries and providing exceptional service.
Problem Solving: Efficiently resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction with solutions offered.
Policy Assistance: Assist in policy renewals, changes, and provide information about insurance coverage options.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and retention.
Communication: Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
RequirementsProperty and Casualty License is preferred. Must be willing to obtain within 30 days of hire
Licensing assistance available.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
Adaptability: Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and capable of managing time effectively.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of desktop computing and familiarity with CRM tools.
Dependability: Reliable and consistent in attendance and performance.
Licensing: Willingness to obtain applicable licenses if necessary.
