Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize production downtime.
• Troubleshoot complex machinery failures and implement effective repair solutions.
• Install, modify, and upgrade new and existing production equipment and systems.
• Ensure all machinery operates safely and efficiently, adhering to operational specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for equipment repair and installation.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical systems (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, conveyor systems).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong understanding and strict adherence to industrial safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Experience with preventative maintenance (PM) programs and root cause analysis techniques.
• Technical degree or vocational certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Proficiency in basic welding (MIG, TIG) and fabrication.
• Basic PLC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Robotics maintenance or troubleshooting experience.
