We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on General Manager to lead operations at our fast-paced, iconic drive-in restaurant in Detrot. This is a unique service model that combines high-volume drive-thru efficiency with personalized stall service and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

You will have full accountability for the daily operations and long-term success of the restaurant.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of food preparation, safety, and speed of service to ensure every guest receives a "gold standard" experience.
  

• Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a diverse team. You will be responsible for building morale and maintaining a culture of accountability.
  

• Financial Management: Manage the restaurant’s P&L, including labor costs, inventory, and food waste. Your goal is to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
  

• Facilities Oversight: Ensure the drive-in stalls, kitchen equipment, and overall property are clean, functional, and inviting.
  

• Customer Relations: Address guest feedback immediately and professionally, turning every interaction into an opportunity to build brand loyalty.
  

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health department standards and internal safety protocols.
