Responsibilities:- Conduct initial assessments and develop care plans for patients
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed
- Active RN license in the state of Michigan
- Prior experience in home care or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
