We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our commercial roofing team. This is a first-shift position, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Start a job today and build a long-term career with us.

THE ROLE:

• Work as part of a 4–8 person crew under the direction of a supervisor

• Install various low-slope roofing systems, including prep work, loading, and unloading materials

• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and office staff

• Follow all safety protocols and MiOSHA regulations

• Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs

• Basic construction knowledge is a plus

• Willingness to travel to various job sites throughout West Michigan (office located in Wyoming, MI)

US Pay Range

$19—$25 USD
