Duties:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum tube assemblies and marine components.
- Read and follow blueprints, weld symbols, work instructions, and detailed specifications.
- Fit, tack, fabricate, and assemble aluminum components while maintaining quality and production standards.
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with company requirements.
- Safely operate welding, fabrication, grinding, and measuring equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Follow all safety policies and use required PPE, including eye, hearing, and hand protection.
- Take personal responsibility for preventing injury, illness, and damage to company assets.
- Work independently while consistently meeting productivity and quality goals.
- Demonstrate reliability through excellent attendance, honesty, and professionalism.
- Show initiative, a positive attitude, and a desire for growth within the company.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum one year of manufacturing experience.
- Experience MIG welding aluminum required.
- Experience TIG welding aluminum required.
- Basic fabrication skills required.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision.
- Basic math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
