Salary Range: $141,000 - $192,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met efficiently.
• Manage plant budget and optimize resource allocation to control costs and maximize profitability.
• Implement and enforce safety, health, and environmental policies to ensure compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage plant personnel to build a high-performing team and foster a positive work culture.
• Ensure product quality standards are consistently met or exceeded through effective quality control processes and systems.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve long-term production goals and support overall business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and operational management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and supply chain optimization.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with a track record of managing budgets, controlling costs, and improving P&L.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety, quality assurance (e.g., ISO), and regulatory compliance standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience leading implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., IIoT, AI/ML in production)
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for operational insights
• Proven experience in implementing sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
