Salary Range: $112,000 - $161,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects for production lines.

• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D to optimize operational efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from conception to successful implementation, including budget and timeline adherence.
• Track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and solving intricate manufacturing challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., robotics, IIoT, AI/ML).
• Proficiency with ERP or MES systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
