Landscape Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the division and staff management.
• Order necessary products for jobs and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with Field Managers regarding task expectations.
• Ensure daily production accomplishments align with schedules.
• Maintain profitability according to company goals.
• Manage division credit card transaction receipts.
• Oversee accurate employee attendance and time card management.
• Address and resolve customer issues from previous days.
• Lead and support crews, providing assistance when needed.
• Conduct disciplinary actions and performance evaluations for division employees.
• Manage training and safety programs within the division.
• Oversee winter operations and dispatch crews effectively.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested by management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing 25+ people.
• 5+ years of experience in training employees.
• 5+ years of experience in Lawn Care and Landscaping.
• Valid Driver’s License in Michigan.
• Experience with DOT, Chaffers, and ability to pass a drug test.
• 5+ years of experience operating equipment, trailers, and tools.
• Ability to work various hours as required.
• Proficient in using computer databases.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective planning and organizing abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
