Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance, calibration, and inspections on industrial robotic systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in automated equipment.
• Execute corrective repairs, including component replacement, wiring, and programming adjustments.
• Program, teach, and fine-tune robot paths and sequences for new and existing manufacturing processes.
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new robotic cells and automation equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and implement process improvements and system upgrades.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering technology.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial robots.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and pneumatic diagrams.
• Experience with PLC programming and integration in automated manufacturing environments.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex electromechanical systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Proficiency in advanced robot programming or simulation software.
• Knowledge of industrial networking protocols and data analysis for predictive maintenance.
• Familiarity with CAD software for robot cell layout or fixture design.
