Position Overview

This role is ideal for those who thrive in both conceptual thinking and technical execution. You will be actively involved in all phases— from early concept development through construction documentation and site administration.

You will collaborate directly with clients, engineers, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-end residential projects with exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• PRODUCE AND MANAGE DETAILED CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS (CD SETS)

Develop innovative, high-quality residential design concepts

• Coordinate with structural, civil, and MEP consultants
• Navigate zoning, permitting, and residential code compliance
• Participate in client meetings and design presentations
• Support projects through construction administration

Qualifications

• HEAVY EXPERIENCE IN RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in residential architecture
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (3–5 years required)
• Excellent 3D spatial understanding and design sensibility
• Working knowledge of residential building codes and permitting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
