Burger Barn is hiring for the upcoming season and looking to build a strong, reliable team for a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant in the Bear Lake area — one of the most active and enjoyable summer destinations in the region.
This is a seasonal position, ideal for students, locals, and adults looking for consistent, meaningful work in a structured, team-first environment.

Burger Barn is a locally owned, high-volume burger stand known for quality food, speed, and teamwork. Our season typically runs spring through early fall, with peak business during the summer months.
This is not a slow or casual restaurant job — it’s fast, organized, and collaborative. We take pride in running a clean operation, supporting our team, and doing things the right way.
💵 Pay & Compensation
- Base pay ranges from $12.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on role, experience, and responsibility
- All tips are pooled and shared evenly across the entire team (front and back of house)
- Most team members earn $14–$20+ per hour effective when base pay and tips are combined
Pay placement is based on experience, availability, and training.

Morning Prep Opportunities
- Consistent morning prep shifts available
- Ideal for individuals who prefer early, predictable schedules
- Responsibilities include setup, prep, sauces, patties, and opening readiness
