Position Summary:
We are looking for passionate, certified, and experienced Independent Contractor Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, Group Fitness Instructors, Lifestyle Coaches, Youth Fitness Trainers and Yoga Instructors to join our growing team. As a contractor, you will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule and build your client base while utilizing our top-tier facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated fitness professional looking to grow their own business within a thriving gym environment.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• Conduct 1-on-1 and small group fitness, lifestyle and/or yoga training sessions, providing expert coaching and training on form, technique, and safety.
• Develop personalized workout programs tailored to individual client goals (weight loss, strength, lifestyle, and athletic performance).
• Conduct initial assessments, including fitness testing, movement assessments, and health history reviews.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and client engagement.
• Clean and maintain equipment used during training sessions.
• Manage your own scheduling and client billing (if applicable).

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

• Certification: Nationally recognized Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM).
• Experience: 1+ years of personal training or group coaching/teaching experience preferred.
• Safety: Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification required when applicable.
• Skills: Strong understanding of program design, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Reliability: Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Requirement: Must be able to provide proof of personal liability insurance.
