- Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring processes run smoothly
- Assisting in the delivery of outstanding service to our customers
- Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management
- Providing administrative support, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Coordinating and administering payroll and benefits
- Maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks
- Serving as a point of contact for internal and external communication and fostering positive relationships with vendors and customers
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills, and strong detail orientation
- Proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and knowledge of ADP Payroll preferred – or other payroll related software
- A proactive approach, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferred: A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field may be a plus, but relevant experience and a strong skill set are highly valued
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in office management or a related administrative role
