Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Ensure optimal operational efficiency and reliability of all manufacturing equipment.
• Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Establish and enforce robust safety procedures and compliance standards for maintenance activities.
• Utilize CMMS for work order management, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems troubleshooting and repair.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and developing/managing PM/PdM programs.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices (e.g., LOTO, OSHA) in an industrial setting.
• Ability to analyze maintenance data, identify root causes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification
• Experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs
• Advanced proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems for data analysis and reporting
• Background in PLC programming or industrial automation troubleshooting
