Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Develop, procure, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and production readiness.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, quality, production) to resolve technical challenges.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing)
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for design, tooling, and fixture development
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong ability to design, optimize, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, automation)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with ERP (e.g., SAP) or PLM (e.g., Teamcenter) systems
• Experience with advanced robotics, automation, or vision systems integration
• Hands-on experience with additive manufacturing technologies
