Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize holding costs.
• Oversee all procurement and sourcing activities for raw materials, components, and MRO items.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
• Lead demand planning and forecasting processes to ensure accurate material availability for production schedules.
• Optimize material flow, storage, and logistics within the manufacturing facility to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of materials data within the ERP/MRP system.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives related to materials, logistics, and inventory management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced inventory management methodologies.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving process optimization.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills for supplier relations and internal stakeholder management.
• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Experience with advanced planning systems (APS) or robust Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
