Sales Advisor
ACTION MOTORSPORTS INC , In Gillette, WY is looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team. If you are a results-driven sales professional, and have a solid understanding of snowmobiles, ATVs, SXSs, DIRT and STREET motorcycles, we want to hear from you.
The main responsibilities and tasks of this role include:
- Providing an excellent customer experience and maintaining strong integrity and ethics
- Following the sales process (greeting, qualifying, product presentation, etc.)
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring an ongoing commitment to the needs of the customer.
- Managing and growing the customer database (incoming leads, follow-up calls & emails, etc.)
- Creating and managing of personal marketing strategies via Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Understanding customer needs and providing them with a complete solution to any concerns.
- Manages customer concerns and problems in a prompt manner.
- Deals with challenging situations in a professional manner.
- Ensure a clean and professional-looking showroom, including effective display, organization, and cleaning of units.
