Requirements:

• BLS - Basic Life Support - Within 1 month of hire ortransfer.
• NBCOT - NB Certification in Occ Therapy.
• OTR - Occupational Therapist.
• Bachelors Degree.
• More than 1 year of experience preferred but would be willing for new grad.
• Interpersonal skills needed for effective verbal and written communication in the English language to interact with people individually and in a group at all levels.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating problem solving and organizational skills, time management skills andinitiative.
• Mandatory Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is and must be completed annually according tothe Exposure Control Plan.
• Ability to work where employee may be exposed to communicable diseases. Ability to use personal protective equipment correctly.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to demonstrate and teach selected treatment routines to appropriate professional and non-professional individuals.
• AOTA membership preferred.
