Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for critically ill patients across adolescent to geriatric ages in ICU/SDU settings
- Monitor and respond to complex patient conditions, including ventilator management and hemodynamic support as ordered
- Administer medications, implement care plans, and document patient responses to therapies
- Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and adjust plans of care, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
- Supervise and delegate tasks to CNA/SNA, LPN, or other healthcare staff as assigned
- Maintain professional nursing standards, uphold safety and infection control practices, and advocate for patient and family needs

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Michigan; LARA verification required
- ACLS and BLS certifications (current)
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- TNCC or TCAR preferred
- Ability to work nights in a 3x12 shift pattern; travel assignment readiness
- Resume documenting ICU experience; ability to provide required documentation (certifications, license verification)
