What You’ll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician you will be at the forefront of maintaining our cutting-edge M2P systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability. In this role, you will:

• Perform Preventative Maintenance : Proactively monitor and service M2P equipment to ensure top performance and prevent issues before they arise.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs : Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
• Optimize Performance : Collaborate with the site team to continuously improve machine performance and implement upgrades or modifications.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain detailed logs of all service work, inspections, and repairs to ensure compliance with BHS standards.
• Collaborate with New Site Team : Work closely with the new team at this site to establish efficient workflows and support the successful launch and ongoing operation of the facility.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience : 2+ years of experience in maintenance or technical roles within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Experience with automated or high-tech machinery is a plus.
• Technical Skills : Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with a working knowledge of PLC systems and other automated technologies.
• Attention to Detail : Ability to perform precise inspections and detect early signs of equipment failure.
• Problem-Solver : Capable of quickly diagnosing problems and implementing timely solutions.
• Team Player : Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially in a new facility where teamwork is key to success.
