Salary Range: $130,000 - $181,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Manage the P&L, develop budgets, and ensure profitability targets are met or exceeded.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all functional areas.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on lean manufacturing, safety, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Optimize supply chain processes to support production demands and cost efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven P&L management and strong financial acumen.
• Extensive experience leading manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, and quality control.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, execution, and achieving business growth targets.
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proven experience implementing Industry 4.0 initiatives or advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Prior experience managing multi-site or international manufacturing operations.
• Advanced degree in Engineering or Business Administration (MBA).
