Proclinical is seeking an RN Research Coordinator to join a dedicated team focused on advancing cancer treatments and supporting patients throughout their care journey.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves coordinating clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols, and collaborating with healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Experience in oncology and/or clinical research
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment

The RN Research Coordinator's responsibilities will be:

• Coordinate and manage oncology clinical trials
• Screen, consent, and enroll patients
• Monitor patient progress and ensure protocol compliance
• Collaborate with physicians, research teams, and study sponsors
• Maintain accurate clinical and regulatory documentation

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time, Monday-Friday (onsite)
• Flexibility required based on patient needs
• Potential for limited flexibility (e.g., hybrid day or alternative schedule) after 90 day orientation period
